Volunteering benefits go both ways – helping others can be an opportunity for you to meet new people and expand your skills. Our notice board hosts many thank you cards from our clients for the help received from all our volunteers, whether pointing someone in the right direction, helping to appeal a benefit decision or supporting them through finding a debt solution.

Our volunteer openings are numerous and varied. Our training helps to broaden your skills and identify the role that best suits you. There are many different positions available, from front-line advising, in-person or by phone, to back-office administration, campaigns and research.
